Home Organizing
Did you know that the average home has 300,000 items in it? We are here to help you organize and position your inventory in a way that works best for you. We work to create and personalize your spaces so that they are compatible with your day-to-day. Whether you’re a parent who’s looking for the easiest way to organize toys and snacks , a business owner who’s messy desk doesn’t fit the mission statement of the company or a fashionista in need of a serious closet overhaul, we’re here to help.
HOW IT WORKS:
We begin with a phone consultation where we discuss your needs and problem areas. We arrive, sort, categorize, then organize. We strategically analyze your belongings and measure precisely in efforts to maximize your space. While we will never force you to purchase new organizing products, it is highly recommended. Depending on the size of your space and the amount of items, we also recommend purging before implementing new systems.
RATES:
$85 per hour for one organizer
$50 per hour for each additional organizer
All inclusive package pricing available.
Home Styling
It doesn’t matter if you are simply craving a change, just moving in, or preparing your house to sell- we are here to help! We craft new looks within your style and budget for either one room or your entire house. From picking out paint colors, shopping for new decor, assisting with furniture placement, or beautifying your closets, we can handle all of it!
RATE: $75 per hour for one stylist
Real Estate
We are a full service real estate company who can assist you with the purchase of a new home or help you list and sell your current home. We offer digital floor plans, home staging, virtual staging, 3D walk through tours, professional photography, drone photography and more. We will keep you updated on current market trends and values while guiding you through every step of the way. We have a portfolio of vendors that we partner with- from home inspectors to attorneys to mortgage lenders, handymen and contractors, we keep all resources at our finger tips. Relocation Services
When it comes to packing up for a move, most of us don’t know where to start. The thought of packing all of our things into boxes only to have to unpack them later can be daunting. We provide packing and unpacking services to help you with your move from start to finish. We’ll bring moving supplies, box everything up and get it all organized at your new home place. We will determine the best placement of your items and shop for new products that will make your new space function better than ever!
RATES:
$65 per hour for one packer
$50 per hour for each additional packer
